Creating a Fall Tablescape: Copper and Plaid Inspiration

Welcome to The Daylily Cottage! Today, I'm excited to share a cozy and inviting fall tablescape I've created on my screened-in porch. This autumnal arrangement is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of sweet tea while soaking up the fall vibes. Here in South Alabama, fall vibes are what we have to enjoy, because crisp fall air is as elusive as bigfoot or the loch Ness monster; you may get a little glimpse but then it's nowhere to be found.

Key Elements of the Tablescape
Color Palette: I've kept the color palette simple and warm with copper accents, fall florals, and a touch of white. Copper is a timeless metal that adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any space.
Tablecloth: For a casual yet stylish look, I've used a plaid blanket scarf as a tablecloth. The diagonal placement adds a touch of interest and complements the overall design. I've layered in on top of a simple linen colored fabric. You can find the blanket scarf HERE
Floral Arrangements: Three copper teapots filled with fall florals are the centerpiece of this tablescape. These arrangements bring a burst of color and texture to the table. I used a footed copper candy dish as a riser for the center arrangement to add height, and I placed the copper lids around the Tablescape to add some more interest.
Chargers and Napkin Rings: Copper-colored chargers and copper wire napkin rings add a metallic touch to the place settings. It also ties in the arrangements and pulls from the colors of the plates, which are vintage Windsor Fruit pattern. I've linked similar cloth napkins HERE napkin rings HERE and copper chargers HERE.
Mini Pumpkins: Scattered around the floral arrangements, mini pumpkins provide a playful and seasonal touch.
